She is alright. Lots of people beat her, like Kassadin, Urgot, and others with poke. Also, she's difficult to master with her wall and the landing of Q, so most don't bother playing her. If mastered, she can be good, but then again, so can any champion. If she looks appealing to you, buy her.

Missing in Action. It means the opponent he was laning against left his lane, so he might be coming to gank you, so play carefully when someone calls MIA. On EU servers, many people say SS instead.

I only played the game for a bit but the only tip i managed to discover was to switch your position with the enemy but what i did was teleport them into my turret, they lost half their hp and even though i was a lvl lower then the enemy i was still able to kill him/her.

I think MIA stands for "Missing in action", but anyways, MIA is called when a champion leaves his lane, probably for a gank. In the european server this is mostly call ss which is a shortened version of "miss"
